Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Plain All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 1/3 Cup of Caster Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup of Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 g Fresh Blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar together.
In a bowl or mixing cup, combine vanilla yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract.
Add to flour mixture and blend well.
Add blueberries and gently fold until combined.
Spoon mixture into a donut baking pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in oven or until golden brown.
Flip donuts in pan after 10 minutes if you like to brown both sides.
Cool donuts on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
