- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1/4 teaspoons salt

In a food processor, pulse the walnuts with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg until you get a ground of mixture

- Simple Syrup
- 2 cups sugar

- 1 tsp lemon juice

Turkey Meatballs

Add tomato sauce into a pot and keep warm
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup sourdough bread, crust removed, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 pound ground turkey meat
- 1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon basil, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil for frying

Preheat oven to 400°. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 4 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut in half crosswise, and cut into 1/2-inch wedges

- 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup of cooked & crumbled bacon
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 bunches green onions, diced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- Salt & pepper to taste

- 2 Tablespoons chili seasoning

- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) stewed tomatoes, cut-up
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) kidney beans , drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 box (8 1/2 ounces) corn muffin mix
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

- 2/3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
- Artificial sweetener, add to taste
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (20 calories)
- 1/2 cup Blueberries (40 calories)
- 1/2 cup Strawberries (22 calories)
- 1 banana (108 calories)
