Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 (8-ounce) tube crescent rolls (recommended: Pillsbury)
- 12 slices (about 3 ounces) provolone
- 12 slices (6 ounces) Genoa or other salami
- 1 tablespoon black poppy seeds
Strawberry Pretzel Salad

- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries
PIZZA BALLS

- 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 ct)
- 60 pepperoni slices (2 per biscuit)
- Block of cheese (Colby/Monterey Jack or Chedder)
- 1 beaten egg
- Parmesan Cheese
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- 1 jar pizza sauce
Cheddar Chicken Casserole in the Crockpot

1. Lightly grease Crock Pot or spray with cooking spray
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
TWO-MINUTE MICROWAVE FUDGE

Sift powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt into a 1 quart microwave safe bowl
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Banana-Nut Muffin Trail Mix

Mix it all together. Store in plastic bags or Tupperware
- 1 1/2 cups dried banana chips
- 2/3 cup craisins or raisins
- 2 cups walnuts
- 1 cup honey-nut or banana-nut Cheerios or honey-nut Chex
- 1 cup Quaker oat squares cereal or Golden Grahams
- 1 cup cinnamon chips

Sausage and Bean One Pot

Get out the rice or noodles to serve with this, 'cause they’ll soak up the sauce, and that’s the best part!
- 1 medium-sized onion, peeled, cut in half, and sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 pound fresh Italian sausage
- 1/2 pound regular or reduced-fat fully cooked smoked sausage, sliced diagonally into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 (16-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16-ounce) can chick peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine (optional)
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Minced fresh parsley or sliced scallions for garnish (optional)

- zest from two small lemons
- 3/4 cup + 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
