- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder

- 1 cup milk

- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed and lightly rolled out

Combine warm water, sugar, and salt in a large bowl and sprinkle the yeast on top
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 packet active instant yeast (1 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 2 ounces unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cups flour
- vegetable oil
- 10 cups water
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1 large egg yolk, beaten
- coarse sea salt for sprinkling
Lamb Chops in Balsamic Reduction

Mix the rosemary, basil, thyme,salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then rub evenly on all sides of the lamb
- 3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

In a large bowl combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, egg, lemon juice, cheese, green pepper and House Seasoning
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 teaspoon Paula Deen’s House Seasoning
- 4 medium red potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut into strips

Bacon Quiche

Preheat oven 350°F Cook bacon in the microwave until crisp
- 1 Pie Crust
- 8 slices of Bacon, crumbled
- 2 1/2 Cups of shredded Swiss Cheese or Cheddar your chose
- 2 Tablespoons of Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup of Cream
- 3/4 Cup of Half and Half
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Dash of Pepper and salt
No-Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

In a large saucepan bring to a boil the sugar, salt, butter and milk
- 2 cups sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups oatmeal
- Waxed paper
Zucchini Bread

mix all ingredients together and Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 zucchinis sliced thin
- 1 1/2 cup bisquick
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 large onion
