OMG!!! BLT Dip

Preheat oven to 350˚. Spray a 11⁄2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
- 1-1/2 pound bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled, and divided
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoons mustard
- 2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes
- 1-1/2 cup shredded Iceberg lettuce
- pepper an salt to taste
Marshmellow Cream Fudge

Bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes then add Plain nut M& M peppermint candy
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teasp salt
- 1 jar (10 oz) marshmallow cream
- 2 pkg (6oz) chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teasp vanilla
20 Clove Garlic Chicken

1. Remove the skin from the chicken pieces
- 3 lb. frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/8 cup (2 Tablespoons) vermouth
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 20 cloves Garlic, peeled (20 is correct)
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- juice of 1 lime
- grated peel of 1 Lime

Mix together flour, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper, salt, and black pepper in a pie plate
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 thin pork chops
- 2 Tbsp bacon fat
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups buttermilk
- Chopped fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish, optional
Apple Cinnamon Loaf

- 1/3 cup brown sugar (not packed)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 onion (medium, finely chopped)
- 34 cup red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can butter beans (large, or other white bean)
- 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 12 cup pesto (prepared basil)
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bacon (cooked, crumbled, pieces)

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
