Corn Casserole (Jiffy)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14 3/4-ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (8-ounce) package corn muffin mix (recommended: Jiffy)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar
Auntie's Strips

Cut tortillas into 1/2 inch strips and fry in oil until crisp
- 12 -Tortillas
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- 1 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese (more if desired)
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1/2 lb Hamburger (if desired)
- 1/2 cup Olives (if desired)
- 1/4 cup Oil
- Pam for spraying your 9x12 pan
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup Bar-B-Que Sauce
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- Hot Sauce to taste. (your preference)
- Salt to taste (a dash will work)
Breakfast Bruschetta

Toast the bread and keep while preparing the eggs
- 8 slices Tuscan style bread
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 tablespoon hot red pepper sauce
- 1 ounce sweet butter
- 5 1/2 ounces Montrachet goat cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 ounces marinated sun dried tomatoes, julienned
- Fresh basil leaves, as garnish
- Basil Pesto, recipe follows

- 2 whole cloves
- 3 egg yolks
- Liquid food coloring
- 12 ounce Monterey Jack, grated
- 10 ounce bologna
- 10 ounce thinly sliced salami

- 4 tablespoon spicy mustard

- 1 tablespoon ginger stir-fry sauce (such as Lawry's)
