    * EGG YOLKS

    cup sugar

  • 1/2

    cup cream

    JUICE ONLY lemon

  • 1/2

    pint cream

Directions

MIX 1ST FIVE INGREDIENTES AND SET ASIDE. BOIL EGG YOLKS, SUGAR, CREAM AND LEMON JUICE SLOWLY UNTIL THICKENED. COOL. WHIP 1/2 PINT CREAM. MIX WITH COOKED MIXTURE AND POUR OVER SALAD. LET STAND 24 HOURS.
