- 4 cups COOKED * CHICKEN (TURKEY)
- 1/2 cup DICED * PIMIENTO
- 1/2 cup CHOPPED * GREEN PEPPER
- 1 cup CHOPPED (SMALL) onions
- 2 * CAN UNDILUATED CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 cup OR WATER broth
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 cups GRATED (ABOUT I LB.) cheddar cheese

DISSOLVE YEAST IN LUKE WARM WATER
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup * CRISCO
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 package yeast
- 1/2 cup LUKE WARM water
- 4 cups SIFTED ALL-PURPOSE flour
- 1/4 stick butter
Cream Cheese Squares

COMBINE MARGARINE, 1 EGG, AND CAKE MIX IN A LARGE BOWL; MIX WELL
- 1/2 cup MELTED margarine
- 3 DIVIDED eggs
- 1 * 18.5 OZ PACKAGE YELLOW CAKE MIX
- 1 8 oz. package SOFTENED cream cheese
- 1 16 oz. package SIFTED powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Grilled Fresh Tuna

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 4 each 4 each tuna steaks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 package Uncle Ben's Wild Rice and Mix
- 1 10 oz. can cond. cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 16 oz. can Chinese vegetables, Drained
- 4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned,
- soy sauce

Mix ingredients together and pour small amount into hot clarified margarine heated in skillet
- 1 cup cornmeal, self;rising
- 1 cup flour, self-rising
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup water, + 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Salsa

For a chunky-type salsa, finely chop onion, garlic, cilantro and jalapeno peppers
- 3 each 3 each jalapeno peppers
- 1 each 1 each onion
- 1 each 1 each garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon CILANTRO (CHINESE PARSLEY)
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 No. 2 can tomatoes
- salt and pepper

Bring first six ingredients to a boil and then simmer 10 minutes
- 32 ounces Cranberry Juice
- 10 cups water
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup orange juice
Katie's Shrimp Creole

Make dark rue out of flour and bacon grease
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped with leaves celery
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash tabasco sauce, more or less to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 2 to 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup bacon grease
- 1 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 16 oz. can undrained tomatoes
- 5 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 to 3 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 pounds peeled and deveined,raw shrimp
Marinated Rack Of Lamb

Place lamb in a large shallow dish or large, heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag
- 4 lamb rib roasts, trimmed, about 8 pounds
- 1 cup dry white vermouth
- 1 cup Dale's seasoning sauce
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dry Italian seasoning
- fresh parsley sprigs
