  • cups BROKEN UP spaghetti

  • 4

    cups COOKED * CHICKEN (TURKEY)

  • ½

    cup DICED * PIMIENTO

  • ½

    cup CHOPPED * GREEN PEPPER

  • 1

    cup CHOPPED (SMALL) onions

  • 2

    * CAN UNDILUATED CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

  • 1

    cup OR WATER broth

  • ¼

    teaspoon pepper

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • cups GRATED (ABOUT I LB.) cheddar cheese

Directions

COOK SPAGHETTI. PLACE CHICKEN, PIMIENTO, GREEN PEPPER, AND ONION IN CASSEROLE. ADD SOUP AND BROTH OR WATER. ADD SALT AND PEPPER AND 2 1/2 CUPS CHEESE. LIGHTLY TOSS IN COOKED SPAGHETTI UNTIL WELL BLENDED. SPRINKLE REMAINING CHEESE OVER TOP AND BAKE UNTIL BUBBLY THROUGHOUT. ( ABOUT 45 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.
