- 1 head of fresh broccoli – cut
- 15 oz. can of cannolini beans – drained
- 4 – 5 marinated chili pepper – chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic – chopped
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
- 1 lb. of your favorite macaroni

- 2 cups milk

- 1 large onion – sliced
- 4 – 5 vine ripe tomatoes – diced
- 4 – 5 cloves garlic – chopped
- 1 jalapeño – chopped with seeds
- 2 carrots - diced
- 29 oz. can black beans – drained
- 1/2 cup of Italian parsley – chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbs. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2-3 tbs. olive oil
- For the Eggs:
- 7 eggs – beaten with a splash of water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1 tbs. butter
- For the Wrap:
- Tortilla wraps
- Your favorite salad greens
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese – or your choice of cheese
Orange Ginger Mint Frosty

- 1 cup seltzer
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 tbs. honey
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves

In a bowl, gently toss together sliced peaches, vanilla, starch and sugar
- For Sweet Buttery Crust
- 1 1/2 cups flour (I used Lubella, but all-purpose is fine)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 2 teaspoons cream (heavy or light cream will do. If you have none on hand, full fat milk is fine)
- For Peach Filling
- 5 peaches, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- About a quart of fresh cherry tomatoes – halved
- 1 Sweet Onion – sliced
- 5 cloves of garlic – crushed and sliced
- Quart of fresh button mushrooms – sliced
- 1 Hot Italian Cherry Pepper – sliced
- About a cup of fresh basil
- Red pepper flakes

- ¼ cup red wine

- 3 lbs. of boneless chicken breast – sliced thin
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 4 eggs – beaten with a fork

- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- Vegetable oil
- 10 oz. package of frozen leaf spinach
