- For the Beans:
- 32 oz. can of baked beans
- 1 jalapeño – grilled and chopped with or without seeds
- 1 large onion – sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped Italian parsley
- 3 cloves garlic – chopped
- 1 tbs. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- For the Burgers:
- 3 lbs. of bottom round roast beef
- 8 oz. block of cheddar cheese – shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped Italian parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic – chopped
- 4 tbs. of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs. of olive oil or butter for frying
- Sliced tomatoes
- Your favorite lettuce greens
- Ketchup/mustard
- Homemade wraps
- For the Wraps:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley – chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Veggie Bake

Preheat Oven 350 degrees: Place eggplant slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
- For the Sauce:
- 6 Italian or bell peppers
- 2 eggplants - sliced
- 1 tomato – sliced
- 29 oz. can red beans – drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar
- 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. capers – chopped plus 1 tablespoon caper juice
- 4 cloves garlic – chopped
- 1 onion – sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Pesto with Almonds

- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup olive oil.
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese

- Simple Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 cup graham crackers
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- Cheesecake:
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Topping:
- 4 fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 1/2 sweet onion – sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley – chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Grated Romano cheese
- Your favorite spaghetti

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 10 oz. package brownie mix
- 2-3 tbs. butter – cut into small pieces
