- 2 six- to eight-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Rosemary Dijon Pork Loin

Greek-Style Lemon Chicken Breasts With Kalamata Olives and Feta

- 8 large fresh minced garlic cloves (can use more)

- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chunky salsa
- 1/2 tsp. chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Garnish with guacamole, sour cream, chopped tomatoes and sliced olives (optional)
