In a pot of boiling water, add some salt and a bouquet garni of bay leaves, black peppercorns and lemon wedges

- 5 pounds cod fillets
- 3 pounds Yukon golden potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 Spanish onions, diced
- Canola oil, for pan-frying
- 4 cups (2 pints) sour cream
- 1 cup diced fresh chives
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 pound panko breadcrumbs
- Melted butter, for pan-frying

Preheat oven to 400°F. Beat eggs, milk and Miracle Whip in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended

- 1 envelope of dry ranch salad dressing

- 2-1/2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 16 oz andouille sausage or smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- 16 oz vermicelli pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-1/2 Tbsp cajun seasoning (use more or less to taste)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
