Herb Marinate for Chicken Breasts

Stir together all ingredients, except chicken
- 3/4 C Mayo
- 1/4 C Dry White Wine
- 2 Cloves Garlic,
- minced
- 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped
- Green Onion
- 2 tsp Dry Basil,
- Crushed
- 1 tsp dry Thyme,
- Crushed
- 3 whole Chicken
- breasts
Easy Chili Dip

- 1-8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1-10 oz Can Chili (NO BEANS)
- 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- 1 (2 to 3 pound) butternut squash, peeled and seeded
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 6 cups chicken stock

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander

- 28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes

Easy Rolls

Bake 350º Muffin Pan. Heat oven and grease muffin pan
- 2 C Self Rising Flour
- 1 C Milk
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 4 Heaping Tbsp Mayo
Spinach Soup

- 2 Small onions, chopped
- 3/4 LB of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 to 12 OZ Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 LB Fresh Spinach, (chop it up)
- 2 Cans Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 Cans Milk
- 1/2 Can water
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
Three Bean Salad from WW

- RINSE & DRAIN
- 1 Can Green Beans
- 1 Can Wax Beans
- 1 Can Kidney Beans
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Celery

- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Splenda
- 1 Clove Garlic,

Red Velvet Chocolate Squares

- 1/2 Canned Beets,
- Drained & Chopped
- 7 oz (about 1 cup) Red Beans,
- Drain & Rinse
- 1/2 C Cocoa Powder,
- Unsweetened
- 3/4 C Egg Beaters
- 3 Tbsp Whole Wheat
- Pastry Flour
- 3/4 C Agave Nectar
- 1 Tbsp Butter, Melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
- 2 tsp Red Food Coloring
