Pound Cake (Rec'd from Geno 2007)

Heat oven to 325º. Grease a 10" bundt pan
- 1 LB Unsalted Butter,
- softened
- 1 3/4 C. Sugar
- 6 Large Eggs,
- room temperature
- 2 tsp. Vanilla or
- Lemon
- 3 C. Flour
Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Bake 350º Mix all ingredients in a baking dish, then add the chops
- 1 Tbsp Garlic & Herb
- 3/4 C Chicken Broth
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

In a LARGE pitcher place drink mix water & pineapple juice
- 1 Tub Crystal Light
- Tropical Passions
- Pineapple-Orange
- Soft Drink Mix
- 2 C Cold Water
- 2 C Chilled Pineapple
- Juice
- 1 Bottle (1 Liter) diet
- Ginger Ale
- Ice cubes
Peanut Butter Squares

- 1 Lb Powdered sugar
- 1 Cup Creamy peanut Butter
- 1/2 Lb Butter
- 1 Extra large Hershey Bar
- or 6 small ones
Cannellini Bean Salad (South Beach Phase 1)

Whisk together oil, vinegar, onion, and oregano in a large mixing bowl
- 2 Tbls. Olive Oil
- 1 Tbls. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbls. Red Onion, minced
- 3/4 tsp. Oregano
- 2 Medium Cucumbers,
- peeled, seeded and diced
- 1-15 OZ Can Cannellini Beans
- rinse and drain
- 1 Red Bell Pepper,
- finely diced

Passion Fruit and Mango Mar-Tony

In a blender puree the mango, passion fruit nectar and lime juice until smooth
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks, reserve some for garnish
- 1 cup passion fruit nectar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 shots vodka
Magic Cookie Bars

In a 9 X 13 pan, melt the butter in the oven
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 1 1/2 C. Graham Cracker
- Crumbs
- 1-14 Oz can Condensed
- Milk
- 1 C. Chocolate Chips
- 1 C. Chopped Walnuts
- 1 1/3 C. Flaked Coconut
Praline Cookie Cups

Bake 375° Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray
- 1/4 C Flour
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Butter, Softened
- 2 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Toasted, chopped
- Hazelnuts
Chocolate Chip Cookies No Eggs

Bake 325º 20-25 Minutes Cream butter and sugar till smooth
- 1 Cup Butter, softened
- (2 sticks)
- 1 Cup Powdered sugar
- 2 teas. Vanilla
- 1/2 teas. Baking soda
- 1 1/2 Flour
- 1 Cup Quick cook Oats
- (I put the oats in a blender
- sometime)
- 1/2 Bag Chocolate Chips
