Key Lime Squares

9" square pan, lined with plastic wrap
- 9 Graham Crackers,
- crushed (about 1 1/2 cups)
- divided
- 1/4 C Butter, melted
- 3/4 C Boiling Water
- 1 Small box of Lime
- flavor Jello
- 1 C Ice Cubes
- 1-8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Can (14 oz) Sweetened
- Condensed Milk
- 3/4 C Lime Juice
- 2 C Cool Whip, thawed
- & divided
Bloody Mary Flank Steak

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients except the steak
- 1 Cup Vegetable juice
- 1/2 Cup Vodka
- 1 tea. fine Sea Salt,
- plus more for seasoning
- 1 tea. freshly ground
- Black Pepper plus more
- for seasoning
- 1 tbls. fresh Lemon juice
- 1 tbls. Worcestershire
- sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 tea. ground Celery seed
- 1 tea. Onion powder
- 1 tbls. prepared Horseradish
- 1/4 Olive oil
- 1 pound Flank Steak
Bacon & Onion Mac Salad

Cook bacon until almost crisp add onions and continue cooking till onions are tender
- 1 LB Small Pasta, cooked
- (elbows etc)
- 1 Lb Bacon, cooked
- 1 medium Onion, cooked
- Mayo
- salt & pepper to taste.
Minestrone Soup

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1/3 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 28-ounce can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1 14-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 15-ounce can low-sodium kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup elbow pasta
- 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Spinach Salad Dressing

- 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp Honey

Butch's Outlaw Salsa Dip

Mush avocados with juice. Spread in bottom of 7" X 11" glass pan
- 2 Ripe Avocados,
- Peeled & Pitted
- Juice of 1 Lime or
- 1 Lemon
- 1-11oz Jar Newman's
- Own Salsa (Drained)
- 1 C Sour Cream or
- ( Light sour cream)
- 2 C Shredded Cheese
- Monterey Jack or Cheddar
- 15-18 Black Olives
- Pitted & Chopped
- 1 Bunch Scallions,
- chopped
- 1 C Chopped Tomatoes
Pumpkin Tea Bread

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Peach Cobbler

- 1 Large can Peaches
- 2 C Sugar
- 2 C Self Rising Flour
- 2 Stks Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
Spinach & Bacon Deviled Eggs

Peel eggs cut in half and scoop out egg yolks & mash
- 1 Doz Cooked Hard Boiled
- Eggs.
- 1/2 C Frozen Chopped
- Spinach, thawed-drained,
- Squeeze dry.
- 1/4 C Mayo
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 C Real Cooked bacon
- 2 Tbsp Soft Butter
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp White Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
