Loaded Baked Potato Salad

- 2 Lb Baby Red Potatoes,
- quartered
- 1/2 C Mayo
- 1/4 C Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped,
- Chives
- 1/2 C Sharp Shredded
- Cheddar Cheese
- 8 OZ Bacon Cooked,
- & Crumbled
Arugala Salad w/Roasted Pears, Walnuts & Parmesan

350º Preheat oven. 1) Drizzle 1 tsp olive oil in bottom of small baking dish; Place in hot oven 3 minutes

- 2 Tbsp Butter
