In a heavy duty saucepan, over low heat, melts chips with condensed milk
- 3 (6 oz) Pkgs Semi-Sweet
- Chocolate Chips
- 1 (14oz) can Sweetened
- Condensed Milk
- (NOT Evaporated Milk)
- Dash of Salt
- 1.1 /2 teas Vanilla
- 1/2 C Chopped Nuts
