- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

- 5 or 6 large potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups flour (can use all-purpose or self-rising)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilis, drained
- hot sauce to taste
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- Breakfast Bowl
- Scoop of fried potatoes
- 1 egg cooked the way you like it
- Slice of fried ham
- Cheese of your choice, sprinkle on top
Italian Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- 2 In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken into the mayonnaise mixture, then into the bread crumbs to coat. Arrange coated chicken on a baking sheet.
- 3 Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear and coating is golden brown.
