Creamy Chicken Casserole

Directions Preheat oven to 375°F
- 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 3/4 c milk, divided
- 6 –8 c diced cooked chicken
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 3/4 c Bisquick
- 1/4 c cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
Slow Cooker Chicken, Broccoli & Rice

Instructions Spray a 5-quart slow cooker with the cooking spray
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked instant white rice
- 1 3/4 pound pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (about 16-ounces) bag frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 1 can (10.75-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10.75-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 1 1/2 cups water

In a saucepan, melt butter
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2-2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup milk
Peanut Butter Pie easy

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 T milk
- 1 - 8oz. container of Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 - 9 " graham cracker crust
- 1/4 chopped dry roasted peanuts-optional

- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/8 cup of hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Creole mustard
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup of Coca Cola, root beer, Dr Pepper, or plain water
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning (like Slap Ya Mama), or to taste
