Easy Coconut Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

In a large pan, mix together the sugar, butter and the milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant coconut flavor pudding mix
- 2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 c. sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

- 1 1/2 c dry lentils,French-variety,picked over for debris
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large uncooked onion(s), diced
- 1 large sweet red pepper(s), diced
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 29oz can diced tomatoes,fire-roasted w/chiles, undrained
- 31 oz canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup(s) cilantro, fresh, chopped
Chorizo Stout Sloppy Joes

- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground pork
- 12 weight ounces chorizo
- 1 cup stout beer
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 8 kaiser rolls (I used potato rolls)
- 6 weight ounces cheese (cheddar, swiss, or pepper jack), sliced
Mini Sausage Quiches Recipe

- 1/2 pound bulk hot Italian sausage
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion

- 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 Eggland's Best Eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese

- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 7 oz Marshmallow Creme (marshmallow fluff)

- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 14 oz of whole peanuts
- 10 oz chocolate for background

My family loves this recipe for Christmas dinner
- 1 Single Crust Pie recipe (see below)
- Pie Filling-
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet choc pieces
- 1/4 cup Dark choc pieces
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cuo light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup Kahlua liqueur
- 1 Tablespoon all purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups of (toasted), chopped Pecans
- 1 container of Cool-Whip topping (see below for recipe)
- 1/2 cup toasted Pecan halves For garnishing topping (optional)
- Pastry for Single Crust Pie-
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup Crisco Shortening
- 4-5 Tbl vice cold water
- Kahlua Cool-Whip -
- 1 small container of Regular Cool-Whip topping
- 1 Tablespoon Kahlua Liqueur
