- 4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb (1 inch pieces)
- 2/3 rd cup sugar
- Juice and grated peel of 1 orange
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cold butter or margarine, (cubed)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup toasted and chopped pecans

- 2 cups all-purpose Gold Medal flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

A delicious and easy casserole recipe that will be a hit with the whole family
- 6 ounces, wide, whole wheat noodles (I used Ronzoni Extra Wide Noodles)
- 16 ounces extra lean ground beef
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 container (16 ounce) fat free sour cream
- 1 can (28 ounce) tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat, sharp cheddar, shredded
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
