This makes very moist pork chops and taste great

  • Stuffing:
  • 1 pkg Stove Top Dressing
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 - 1 1/2 thick pork Chops
  • 1 1/2 cup of Chicken or Pork stock
  • 1 pkg of stove top stuffing made by pkg directions less….1/4 cup of water. When done, let cool enough to handle and add 1 egg, (beaten).
