Copycat Cracker Barrel Meatloaf

- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 32 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

HEAT oven to 375ºF. COMBINE first 4 ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 pkg.(16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed, drained
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Best Pot Roast Dinner

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 5 pounds pot roast
- 2 pounds carrots, peeled
- 8 large potaotes, peeled and halved
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1 teaspoon ground dried sage
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 3 tablespoonscorn starch
- 3 cups water
Sauteed Green Beans with Tomato & Garlic

Cut ends from beans& then cut into 2 inch pieces; cook in boiling water until crisp tender (about 10 minutes)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 14 ounces green beans
- 1 tomato
- salt and pepper
Bacon-Wrapped Hamburgers

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 bacon strips
- 6 hamburger buns, split
Cauliflower Bake

Remove green leaves and a part of the stem so the cauliflower will still stay together and sit flat when upright
- 1 whole head cauliflower
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (I like sharp)

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with 3 teaspoons of the Barbecue Seasoning
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 teaspoons McCormick Grill Mates Barbecue Seasoning
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 pound fresh pizza dough or frozen dough, thawed or 1 prepared thin pizza crust (12-inch)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- Or you can use 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
Italian Beef Kabobs

Cut beef into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds beef boneless sirloin or round steak, 1 inch thick
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 package (8 ounces) whole mushrooms
- 1 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise into 3/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 9 small red potatoes, cut in half
Chicken Enchiladas

Stir 3/4 cup picante sauce, sour cream and chili powder in a medium bowl
- 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 2 ounces)
- 6 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (about 2 tablespoons)
Crock Pot Pepper Steak

- 2 1/2 – 3 pounds beef stew meat or a piece of steak
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 14 oz bag Pepper Stir Fry Mix
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
