Wowie this strawberry deliciousness does NOT disappoint! This might just be a go to dessert from now on
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
Hazelnut Extract Recipe

Toast the hazelnuts in the oven at 175C/350F for 8-10 minutes or until fragrant
- 4 oz. (100g) hazelnuts
- 3/4 th cup or (180ml) vodka
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 th cup water
Best Ever Grilled Corn on the Cob

Pull off dry outer husks of corn and discard
- 12 ears corn on the cob, with husks
- 12 slices thin, lean bacon
- 3 Tbs. fresh ground black pepper
- 3 Tbs. chili powder
- 12 pieces of foil approximately 12in.x12in.
Pimento-Cream Cheese Appetizer Spread

Mix ingredients until blended
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 jar (4 oz.) pimentos, well drained
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped seeded jalapeño peppers

In large bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin; stir about 2 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 box (4-serving size) sugar-free lemon-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese
- 1 container (8 oz) fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
Crockpot Moist N Tender Wings

Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips
- 25 whole chicken wings (about 5 pounds)
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon salsa
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce

Mix the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt together
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded monterey Jack Cheese

Deep Dish Meat and Veggie Pot Pie

IF USING COOKED MEAT SEE NOTES Mix the seasoned flour ingredients in a plastic storage bag
- Seasoned Flour:
- 1 lb bottom round or shoulder beef cut into small chunks
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup baby button mushrooms -OR-equivalent of thickly sliced regular mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tbs oil for browning
- 1-2 sheets defrosted puff pastry sheets (see NOTES)
- 1 tbs milk (for brushing pastry top)
- salt (see NOTES)
- pepper (see NOTES)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Thickening (if desired):
- 3 tbs flour
- 1/2 cup water
Hearty Ziti with Italian Sausage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a skillet over medium heat, mix sausage with celery and onion
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 14.5 oz. can peeled and diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 lb. dry ziti pasta
- 2 4.5 oz. cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 8 ozs. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Spinach & Bacon Quiche

Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1 (1.8-oz.) pkg. leek soup mix
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 10 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 unbaked (9 in.) frozen deep-dish pastry shell to be prepared according to package directions
