Cherry-Pineapple Crumb Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple rings, drained
- 1 (20-ounce) container cherry pie filling
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix

Hoosier Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

Cut the pork crosswise into 4 equal pieces
- 2 pounds center-cut boneless pork loin
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

All-American Oven-"Fried" Drumsticks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk

Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Mix the ground chicken, egg, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup onion, finely minced
- 1/3 cup celery, finely minced
- 1/3 cup carrot, finely minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons jalapenos, diced
- 2 tablespoons bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
Baked Ham with Marmalade-Horseradish Sauce

The mixture of orange juice, brown sugar and horseradish gives this ham a sweet flavor with a little bit of a bite
- 1 18 lb. fully cooked bone-in smoked ham, room temperature
- 48 whole cloves
- 4 C. water
- 1 C. orange marmalade
- 1/4 C. prepared cream style horseradish
- 1/4 C. packed golden brown sugar
- 2 C. fresh orange juice
Creamy Blueberry Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (if frozen thaw and drain well)
- 1 (9) inch deep dish pie crust (I use a regular 9 inch crust with a baking sheet underneath it)
- For Custard.
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream ( I used 2/3 cups sour cream)
- For Streusel topping
- 1/2 cup white sugar ( I used 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
Sausage & Pepperoni Stromboli

Cook Italian sausage in a medium skillet until browned
- 1 ball or roll of pizza dough (homemade is great but I used store-bought)
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package sliced pepperoni
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
Jimmy Dean Sausage Quiche

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place sausage in lightly greased 2-quart round casserole dish; top with onions and cheese
- 1 package Premium Pork Regular Sausage
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half or milk
- 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
- Suggested toppings Sour cream, chopped tomatoes, chopped fresh parsley
Cheesy Sausage and Potatoes Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Sauce:
- 1 lb bulk mild breakfast sausage
- 16 z (1/2 bag) shredded frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 2 tbs finely chopped onion
- 3 tbs butter
- 3 tbs flour
- 1/2 cup chicken stock/broth
- 2 cups milk
- 4 oz Velveeta, cubed (see note)
- Salt and pepper (see note)
- 2 tbs Panko bread crumbs (optional)
Beef Pot Pie

Boil celery, onion & carrots in water with 2 cubes boullion in medium pot until tender
- 2 -3 stalks celery, diced
- 2 cups carrots, coins (Grimway pre-sliced carrot coins in produce aisle)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (I use refrigerated jar)
- 1 (1 lb) package boneless beef chuck (1 package of tips or cut beef into bite size pieces Note -- chuck has best flavor for this recipe bu)
- 1 pillsbury ready-made pie crust (2 pie shells per package)
- olive oil
- butter
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell's beef gravy
- Pam cooking spray
