Strawberry Cheesecake Bars

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Oven-Fried Chicken Chimichangas

Stir the picante sauce, cumin, oregano, chicken, cheese and onions in a medium bowl
- 2/3 cup Pace Picante Sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 2 green onions, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas

OLIVE GARDEN DRESSING KNOCKOFF

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix well
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Romano cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
- 1 -can Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 1/4-cup reduced-fat garden vegetable cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)
- 1-cup finely shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/2-cup finely chopped fresh broccoli or frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1/4-cup chopped red bell pepper

- 1 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup water

- 8 pita sandwich pockets
- For the Pork
- 1 boneless pork shoulder (about 5 pounds)

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 4 cups broccoli slaw
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Thai Chicken Pasta

In a soup pot, cook pasta according to package directions; drain, rinse, drain again, and set aside in the colander
- 1 pound linguine
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
- 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot mixture, thawed
One Pot Spicy Thai Noodles

In a large stock pot, fill halfway with water, salt, and bring to a boil
- 1 pound linguine
- 2 TBS olive oil, divided
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 zucchini, cut in half vertically, then sliced in half circles
- 8 ounces mushroom, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1.5 TBS Sriracha hot sauce (this is A LOT of spice, tone it down if you don't like spicy)
- 2 inches fresh ginger, grated
- 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Orange Pork Tenderloins with Caramelized Onions

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
