Cream Cheese-Chicken Lasagna

Cook lasagna noodles to desired doneness as directed on package
- Lasagna
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 (10 3/4-oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2-oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 3 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz. (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
- Topping
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 3/4 cup Progresso™ Italian Style Bread Crumbs

- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package lemon cake mix, batter prepared according to package directions
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 green onions with tops, sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- Dash pepper
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
Pear-Chicken Monte Cristo Sandwiches

Heat oven to 350 degree F
- 4 to 6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 8 thick slices firm-texture white bread
- 8 thin slices mozzarella cheese
- 12-ounces cooked chicken or turkey breast, cut into thin slices
- 1 to 2 medium pears, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup half-and-half or light cream

- 1/2 cup warm water (110 – 120 degrees)
- 1 package dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons sugar

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature

- 3 1/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
