Great Italian ingredients! Love the garlic!
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 4 green onions bias-sliced into 1-inch lengths
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

- 4 large hard rolls (about 3and 1/2 inches in diameter)
- 2 cans (19oz. each) ready-to-serve creamy potato with roasted garlic soup

- 24 miniature smoked sausage links
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (maybe pecans)

Slow cooker Smoky Ham and Navy Bean Stew

In a 3 and 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except parsley
- 1 lb. cooked ham cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 cups)
- 1 cup dried navy beans, sorted and rinsed
- 2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 cup)
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 2 medium carrots, sliced (1 cup)
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie

This one can double as a main dish!
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 cups thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic poweder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups shredded Muenster or mozzarella cheese (8oz.)
- 1 can (8oz.) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Marinated Pork chops

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing (any kind will work)
- 8 to 10 extra thin pork chops (I have used thick chops and marinated overnight. I have also used boneless.)
