Grill chicken over medium hear for 15 to 18 minutes, turning once, or until juices run clear
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pound macaroni, ziti or corkscrew pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 2 and 1/2 cups sliced celery
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced fresh dill or 5 teaspoons dill weed
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- Leaf lettuce
Chex Muddy Buddies or "Puppy Chow"

- 8 large potatoes - peeled and cubed
- 1 8 oz. low fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup low fat sour cream

Route 66 Smashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes in 1 quart water until fork tender (about 30 minutes); drain
- 1 lb. red potatoes, cleaned and quartered
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Market Day A Salt For All Seasonings
- 1/2 cup mil, warmed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons market Day California Coast Blend
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 slices cooked and crumbled pre-cooked bacon strips
Easy Guacamole

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
