Cranberry Apple Sweet Potato Packet

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 1 (18x24in.) sheet heavy strength aluminum foil
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-in. slices
- 2 Granny Smith or Golden Delicious apples, cored, thinly sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 package Velveeta Shells and Cheese
- 3 cups of broccoli flowerets - blanched
- 1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes halved
- 1 (3 and 1/4 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, halved
- 1/2 cup Seven Seas Viva Italian! Dressing
- 1/2 sour cream
12 Bean Soup

I belonged to a recipe chain years back and this was a delicious recipe exchanged by Sherry Hubble
- 1 package of 12 beans
- 1 large onion- chopped
- 1 large can of tomatoes- 28 oz.
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 clove garlic- minced
- juice of 1 lemon
- season to taste
Salsa Deep Dish Appetizer Pizza

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 3 packages (7.5oz., each) buttermilk biscuits
- 1 and 1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa, divided
- 12 oz. (3cups) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onions with tops, chopped
- 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
Hidden Valley Ranch Oyster Crackers

Combine Hidden Valley Ranch mix and oil; add dill weed, garlic powder and lemon pepper
- 12-16 oz. plain oyster crackers
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Recipe
- Original Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 - 1 cup salad oil
Potato Kielbasa Skillet

Place potatoes and water in a microwave-safe dish
- 1 lb. red potatoes, cubed
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3/4 lb. smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Honey Mustard Turkey with Snap Peas

- 1 pound uncooked turkey breast slices, about 1/4 in. thick
- 1/2 cup Dijon and honey poultry and met marinade
- 1 cup baby-cut carrots, cut lengthwise in half
- 2 cups snap pea pods

- 1 package (8oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 medium apples
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
- Glaze
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Bolognese Cupcakes

Cook quinoa following package directions (your should have 1 and 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped (2 cups)
- 2 carrots, coarsely grated (1 cup)
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 and 1/2 lean ground beef, preferably gras fed
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 6 Tablespoons organic ketchup
