Ingredients

  • 1 ready to use refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups of shredded Kraft Swiss cheese
  • 3 oz. Canadian bacon chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cups of milk
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato thinly sliced

Step 1

Heat oven to 400.
1. Prepare crust according to package directions for 1 unfilled pie crust, using 1 inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle 3/4 cup onto bottom of crust; top with bacon.
2. Beat eggs and milk with whisk until blended; pour into crust. Top with onions, remaining cheese and tomatoes.
3. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350, bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set and top is lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
