Warm apple and pear crumble

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 x 8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray
- Fruit Mixture:
- 3 apples, peeled cored and thinly sliced
- 3 pears, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of salt
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup fiber one Orginal bran cereal lightly crushed
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tablesoon brown sugar not packed
- 2 tablespoon light whipped butter at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Spinach Dip

Mix all together and chill several hours
- 1 pkg chopped spinach (thawed not cooked)
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts (drained)
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss Vergetable Soup Mix
- 3 green onions chopped fine
Four Veggie Roast

In large bowl combine olive oil soy sauce, and ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 large carrots, peeled and bias diced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups fresh green beans cut into two inch pieces
- 5 or6 small new potatoes halved
- 1 small onion cut into wedges.
- freshly ground black pepper
Chicken Little

1. layer uncooked chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 dish 2
- 8 breasts of chicken skinned and boned
- muenster or swiss cheese to cover chicken
- 2 creamy cans f soup. Either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom or one of each
- 1/3 of cup of dry white wine
- 2 cups shredded dressing or bread crumbs
- melted butter
Salted pretzel marshmallow bars

Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees
- For the bars:
- Cooking spray, for the pan
- 1 1/2 cups of broken pretzel pieces
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cupa packed light brown sugar2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- For the topping:
- 8 marshmallows, halved crosswise
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate
Popcorn Balls

Heat oil in a dutch oven over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 tablespoons unpopped popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 1/4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup honey-nut oat cereal
- 1 ounce pretzel sticks, broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts, salted
Strawberry Rhubarb Sundaes

In a large saucepan place strawberries, rhubarb sugar and 1/4 cup water
- 1 pound strawberries hulled and quartered
- 2 rhubarb stalks cut int 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 pints vanilla ice cream
Zucchini Squash Casserole

Cover and bake at 375 degrees
- Butter bottom of casserole dish
- put 1/2 inch of water in bottom of dish
- Layer thin slices zuchinne (rounds), with green peppers and onions and tomatoes
- Then top with two slices of American cheese, 1/2 teaspoon basil and salt, pepper and oregano
- Dot with butter
- Repeat

Butter and 8 inch square baking pan, line with two crisscrossed pieces of parchment paper, leaving an overhang
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter plus more for pan
- 3 cups mini marshmellows
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract1 bag (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
Easy tomato soup and grilled cheese croutons

In a large pot or Dutch oven such as Le Creuset, heat the olive oil over medium heat
