In a large bowl, dissolve cherry gelatin in 1-1/4 cups boiling water
- 1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
- 2-1/4 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
- 1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, optional
Slow Cooked Broccoli

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper
- 6 cups frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 25)
- 2 tablespoons butter

In a large bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, water chestnuts, celery, onion and mayonnaise
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained and halved
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 13 crackers)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Brownie Bottom Cheesecake bars

- 1 (20 ounce) package brownie mix (13x9 inch pan, but disposable foil casserole pan is best)
- 1/2 cup oil (to prepare brownie mix)
- 1/4 cup water (to prepare brownie mix)
- 2 eggs (to prepare brownie mix)
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 (10 3/4-oz.) cans condensed 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup with 30% less sodium
- 1 / 2cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
