creamy chicken noodle soup

Thaw noodles according to package directions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (16 oz.) package frozen egg noodles
- Salt and pepper, to taste

1.To a large pot, add chopped carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, thyme, bay leaf, and rosemary
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 3 cups good quality chicken broth- please note that quality matters here
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 TBSP corn starch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken (about 12 ounces)
amazing pot roast

1.Add the vegetables to the bottom of the crockpot, if desired
- 1 (4 -5 lb) beef roast , any kind (I used prime cut sirloin because it was the least fat)
- 1 package brown gravy mix, dry
- 1 package dried Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 package ranch dressing mix, dry
- 1 to 1 and 1/2 cup water
- OPTIONAL (red potatoes and carrots and onions)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped (2 large breasts) We just cooked ours on the stove with some olive oil.
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano Drain 1, and leave 1 undrained
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- (8 ounce) package pasta, cooked and kept warm ***We used Vermicelli.***

Preheat oven to 350. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni according to the package directions
- 4 Tbsp butter, cut into pieces
- 8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Enchilada Stuffed Shells

Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- 15 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese

- 1 large package Cook and Serve vanilla pudding
- 1 large package orange Jell-o
- 2 cups water
- 1 (16 ounce) container Cool-Whip, lite or fat-free is fine
- 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 can pineapple tidbits (any size, depending on your preference)
- 1 can mandarin oranges (any size, depending on your preference)
- 2 bananas, sliced (optional, put in before serving so they don't turn brown in the fridge)

Pour water and some BBQ sauce into slow cooker, stir well
- 6 boneless center cut chops
- 1/2 cup water
- Spices-I used a southwestern spice mix and fresh ground black pepper on the chops before putting them in the slow cooker
- Sliced onions
- ~Half bottle BBQ sauce of choice

Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces
- Sauce:
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons oil (for pan-frying)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
