- 1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2-3 chipotle chiles in adobo, finely minced
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs and breasts, trimmed of fat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Heat a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat with the EVOO
- 1 rotisserie chicken, stripped and shredded or 1 to 1 1/2 pounds leftover roast turkey meat, shredded
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 rounded tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 16-ounce jar tomatillo salsa
- 1 beer, any brand you like
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 4 handfuls tortilla chips, divided
- 1 handful cilantro leaves
- Juice of 2 limes
Creamy Sausage and tomato pasta

1) Cook the pasta in salted water al dente, according to package directions
- 4-5 Italian sausages (about 1 pound) found in the fresh meat department (I used spicy turkey Italian sausage; I really think a spicy sausage adds a lot of flavor)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 ounce) can Italian style diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5-6 big leaves of fresh basil, chopped
- 12 ounces penne pasta (get a 16 ounce box and use 3/4 of it)
- grated Parmesan for topping

Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 16-oz can black beans
- 1 16-oz can kidney beans
- 1 8-oz can tomato sauce (used a 16 oz can)
- 10 oz package frozen corn kernels (used 2 small cans of corn kernels)
- 2 14.5-oz cans diced tomatoes w/chilies (used a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp chili powder (used a bit more as I didn't have any chilies in my tomatoes)
- 24 0z. (3) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- chili peppers, chopped (optional)

- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tbs butter
- 2 cups cooked chicken

- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Put the chicken breasts in the bottom of the CrockPot
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 bottle Teriyaki marinade (I used Lawrey's)
