- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups chocolate chips

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, brown sugar and ginger
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sherry or cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon peeled and minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, trimmed of fat and sliced very thin against the grain
- 3 tablespoons peanut or olive oil
- 8 ounces fresh snow peas, trimmed
- 5 whole scallions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces on the diagonal
- Crushed red pepper
- Salt, as needed (use sparingly!)
- Jasmine or long grain rice, cooked according to package directions

Heat oven to 350. In a shallow dish combine the flour, garlic powder and pepper
- For the Sauce:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2″ cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil or butter
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon finely minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons green onion
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked Rice, to top with. YUMMY

1.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 lbs fresh cod, skin removed
- salt and pepper
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 25), coarsely crushed with your fingers
- 6 tablespoons salted butter, melted

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat with 2 turns of the pan of EVOO, about 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons EVOO - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 pound Mexican raw chorizo, casings removed
- 4 6-inch corn tortillas, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
- 8 eggs, whisked together
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup shredded smoked cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
