  • 2 cups frozen green peas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • Would recommend using canned peas and throwing in a handful of frozen peas at the end to cut the cream if needed.
