- 4 2” thick loin pork chops
- 2 cups hard pretzels, crushed fine
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Tablespoon Green Mountain Grills Pork Seasoning Blend
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 eggs

Yields: 6 servings Preparation Preheat the oven to 375º F
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pounds), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), divided
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 3 stalks celery, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (add more if you want more of a kick!)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 boxes cornbread mix, such as Jiffy brand
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

- 8 Tbs unsalted butter (1 stick), softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbs heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt plus an extra 1/8 tsp
- 3 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 2/3 cup lightly salted macadamia nuts, barely chopped
- 4-5 ounces white chocolate, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup (more or less) fresh raspberries , washed and dried

- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes

- 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz container French Onion Dip
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup crushed French fried onions

- 2 1/4 cups finely shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese, divided
