Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Cin Chili

In a large heavy bottom pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (14-ounce) can beef broth (recommended: Swanson's)
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce (recommended: Hunt's)
- Batch I
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon jalapeno powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- Batch 2
- 5 tablespoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- Batch 3
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Debi's Chicken Parm Burger

Step 1 Mix chicken, oil, sauce and seasonings together
- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil plus for to fry
- 2 tablespoons Tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dried basil
- 1 tablespoon Minced onion
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- 1 cup Panko crumbs
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 4 Rolls
- Sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese
Zucchini Lasagna

Cook zucchini in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and drain
- 1-3/4 pounds zucchini, sliced lengthways
- 1/2 pound ground beef/ground turkey
- Butter
- Garlic salt to taste
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
Zucchini Tomato Pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 2 cups chopped zucchini
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Warming Ginger-Lemon Tea

- 1 thumb of ginger, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1/2 a lemon, sliced thinly
- 4 cups boiling water
- local honey
- dash Cayenne pepper.
Aussie Classic, Chicken Schnitzel w/ Pan Drippin' Gravy

Prepare your station for dredging
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (butterflied and pounded)
- 1 Cup Flour
- 3 Eggs Beaten
- 3 Cups Panko
- Salt & Pepper
- Avocado Oil (or whatever oil you want to use for frying)
- For you Gravy |
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 2 Tbs Flour
- 2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 2 Tsp Sherry
- Salt & Pepper for seasoning
Spaghetti Squash and meatballs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Spaghetti
- 1 spaghetti squash (about 4.5 lbs.)
- Meatballs
- 6 oz. raw extra-lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp. fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters Original)
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/8 tsp. each salt and black pepper
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1/2 cup finely diced carrot
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, or more to taste
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 tsp. reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping
PINEAPPLE CABAGE AND DATE SALAD

In a large salad bowl, whisk oil, honey, lemon juice
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 head green cabbage-shredded
- 3/4 cup canned pineapple chunks without juice
- 5 dates chopped thinly
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- Optional dressing:
- Store bought asian (costco)
Deep Fried Eggplant

Place the flour, egg, and bread crumbs each in 3 small bowls
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or cornstarch
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus additional for sprinkling eggplant
- 1 tablespoon Essence, recipe follows
- 1 small eggplant, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices and then quartered
- Vegetable oil, for deep frying
- Marinara sauce (optional)
