Ramen stir-fry with veggies and shrimp

In a wok, heat 3 teaspoons of sesame oil then add the chopped garlic
- 2 packages of ramen noodles (cooked without flavor pack)
- 1 clove of garlic (chopped) 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups frozen shrimp
- 3 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 teaspoons plus
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Hawaiian Chicken Wings Recipe

Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips
- 4 pound whole chicken wings
- 1 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- Oil for deep-fat frying
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
Corn and Poblano Lasagna

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels (from about 2 ears), or frozen and thawed
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced white onion
- 1 large zucchini, thinly sliced lengthwise

- 1/4 cup water
- 8 large eggs, at room temperature

Tot's Sweet and Sour Ribs

- 3 lbs. spareribs cut in serving pieces
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 T, cornstarch
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 T. soy sauce
Loaded Cauliflower Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Loaded Cauliflower Casserole
- 1 lbs cauliflower florets
- 4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 2 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, grated

Easy Garam Masala

Mix cumin, coriander, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a bowl
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander

Creamy Lemon, Asparagus, Chicken Pasta

Tender cuts of asparagus and grilled chicken breast strips with pasta in a creamy lemon sauce
- GARNISHES:
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, grilled and cut into strips
- 1 pound asparagus, ends removed, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 10 ounces linguine pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine will also work)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- Lemon slices, optional
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley, optional
Asian Cucumber Salad

If Japanese cucumbers aren't available English cucumbers can be substituted
- 2 cups Japanese cucumbers -- thinly sliced (I used English)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 TBS soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds

- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 10 eggs
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, such as Lawry's
- Ground black pepper
