Italian Layer Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (8-ounce) container refrigerated crescent rolls
- 8 slices deli turkey (about 1/2 pound)
- 8 slices deli ham (about 1/2 pound)
- 12 slices deli hard salami (about 1/2 pound)
- 8 slices Swiss cheese (about 1/2 pound)
- 1 (12-ounce) jar roasted peppers, drained
- 4 eggs, beaten

In a skillet, cook the bacon until done but soft, not crisp
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 4 medium tomatoes, finely diced
- 2 serrano peppers, de-stemmed, de-seeded and finely diced
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 3 cups torn Tuscan bread/Ciabatta bread (1 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced English cucumbers (peeled and seeded)
- 1/2 cup finely julienned red onions
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons Spanish capers, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped Tuscan olives
- 1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 4 heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
- 3/4 cup Mustard-Anchovy Vinaigrette, recipe follows, or as needed
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped shallots
- 4 salt-packed anchovies, rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups grapeseed oil or canola oil

- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- Add
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp soda

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg (I use fresh grated)

- 1 lb. can pumpkin
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 6 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Homemade Pasta with Kitchenaid Mixer

Some process advice: mix the 2 flours in the Kitchen aid bowl using the paddle beater
- 2 cups Semolina flour
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 6 tablespoons of water (most recipes say 3 but that just doesn't work well.)
- Some recipes like the one that comes in the box with this attachment, recommend the use of oil. I have not tried that approach yet. It probably works fine too, you be the judge.

- 1 cup Short-Grain Brown Rice
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 2 Carrot (diced)
- 1 cup Snow Peas
- 4 Scallions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Baked Tofu (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
