  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cup celery, chopped finely
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 cup of minute rice
  • 2-1/2 cups of warm water
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 1 bag chow mein noodles



Step 1

Brown hamburger with chopped onion.

Combine celery, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, cooked minute rice, water and soy sauce.

Add to hamburger mixture in large baking dish.

Bake 1-1/4 hours at 350.

Stir halfway through the baking time, when there is only 15 minutes left, cover with chow mein noodles and finish baking.
