Cupcakes Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with cupcake liners
- 1 box white cake mix {plus ingredients: Buttermilk, Oil and 4 eggs}
- 1 small box Watermelon flavored Jell-O
- Mini Chocolate Chips {enough to sprinkle about 10 into each cupcake and for decoration}
- 2-4 drops pink coloring
- Pink Sparkling Sugar
- Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2-4 drops pink coloring
- Watermelon flavoring {optional}
Mini Peach Pie

- 8 cups ripe peaches, skins on
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter
Lemon Gooey Bars

Bake 350 For crust, mix together the dry cake mix butter and egg
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter , melted
- 1 egg
- "Filling:"
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces chream cheese room temp
- 1/2 C butter melted
- 3 3/4 C powder sugar
- If desired add zest of one lemon, or 1/2 tsp dried lemon zest

Mix everything together except for the butter
- Cake:
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Topping:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- While warm drizzle the glaze over the cake.

- 2 eggs room temp
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups pitted chopped tart cherries
- Optional: 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Frosting.
- I used Chocolate Ganache with a bit of heavy whipped cream and a merichino cherry.
