- 6 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature (about 3/4 of a regular block of cream cheese)

- 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
- 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 to 3 Tablespoons heavy cream, heavy whipping cream (or milk- although I do like the richness that cream adds)
