  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • Mix ingredients and press into 9x13 pan. Bake @350--15 min. Let cool completely.
  • 1 st layer
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 of 8 oz. Cool Whip (or other whipped topping). This can be frozen still.
  • Beat well and spread over cooled crust. Let set 10 min.
  • 2 nd layer
  • 2 boxes of pistachio instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk (whole or 2%)
  • Beat until thick and spread over cream cheese layer.
