Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or less if desired)
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
- salt to taste
- 1/3 cup olive oil (or more to produce a paste)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Slowly add oil as you blend. Mix until smooth. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
