I got this years ago from the lady in our church who canned it
- 10 cups roughly chopped tomatoes
- 5 cups chopped and seeded bell peppers
- 5 cups chopped onions
- 2 1/2 cups hot peppers, chopped, seeded
- 1 1/4 cups cider vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

If you are a fan of stout beer, you will love these
- ◦1 tablespoon olive oil
- ◦6 oz lean ground beef
- ◦1/2 teaspoon salt
- ◦1 cup diced onions
- ◦1/2 cup diced carrot
- ◦1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- ◦1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- ◦1 garlic clove, minced
- ◦1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ◦1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ◦3/4 cup stout beer (we used Guinness)
- ◦1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ◦1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes in juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 cans different types of beans (pinto, garbanzo, great northern, etc.)
