In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree and vanilla
- 1 cup fresh pumpkin puree or canned
- unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 Tbs. bourbon

1.Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- 1/2 gallon chopped ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet green bell pepper

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 8 cups Applesauce
- 6 cups Brown Sugar
- 32 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
- 1-1/2 cup Vinegar
- 4 teaspoons Salt
- 4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cloves
