1. Crush crackers. If using breasts, cut into 3 large pieces

  • Sauce:
  • 2 lbs. chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts
  • 2 sleeves Ritz Crackers
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C whole milk
  • 3 C cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. cried parsley
  • 1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 TBS. sour cream
  • 2 TBS. butter

  • 4 c. rhubarb pieces (about 1 lb.)
  • 2 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. flour, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted & cooled
  • In large bowl combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon. Transfer to greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • In another bowl combine remaining 1 cup flour with brown sugar, oats and nutmeg. Add butter and blend well to create the streusel. Sprinkle streusel over rhubarb mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
